What Are The Shipping Costs

MatteoArt uses UPS ground shipping. The cost stated for the artwork is the clients all-inclusive final purchase price.

Currently the stated final purchase price is only available for shipments within the continental United States.  For Canada, Mexico and international shipping please contact me personally at info.matteoart@gmail.com and state your location. I will get back to you ASAP.

I package and ship all purchases personally. Each artwork is first wrapped in cloth or a waxed paper, then wrapped in padding or bubble wrap.  As an extra precaution a double walled cardboard barrier is placed on all sides of the inside cardboard shipping container.

When Will I Receive My Order

Originals shipping length is from 3 to 9 business days, Business days are Monday – Friday Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as it is shipped.

Returns and exchange Policies

My goal is to have satisfied clients that will enjoy my artwork. In saying that, each and every return request will be discussed on an individual basis between the artist and the client.  Original art is highly susceptible to individual visual interpretation, in order to eliminate the chance of this visual misinterpretation, which is usually due to the variables in color rendition of computer and cell phone monitors, I have included a detailed description of each piece of artwork on the MatteoArt website. The items include the universal color(s) description, type of paint Acrylic, iridescent acrylic, the surface and the dimensions. In addition, the client has the ability (in the Wall Feature) to view the artwork in different environments and with the option of possible wall color.  Please take advantage of these features to view your prospective art purchase. Can I Cancel My Order

E-mail info.matteoart@gmail.com or call 530-320-4150 immediately if you want to cancel.  If your order has not been shipped you can cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, you may send it back in the original shipping container. Note: you are not to open the original container and you are responsible for the shipping cost back to MatteoArt  Once the artwork is received by MatteoArt you will receive a full refund within 7-10 days. Please send tracking info once shipped

Materials Used

I only use professional grades of Acrylic paints, mediums, varnishes, gesso and surfaces. All artwork offered is varnished to protect the piece from moisture and UV damage.

Prints or limited editions

At this time I am not offering prints or limited editions of my original artwork.
